It all began in 2003, when Hojjat Hadizadeh—a man of great dreams and unwavering hope—embarked on a journey that could only be fulfilled with love and perseverance. With a keen understanding of the aroma of traditionally roasted seeds and the golden glimmer of sun-dried raisins, he envisioned flavors that would not only delight the palate but connect hearts. Years of trial and learning from the fertile lands of Kashmar taught him one truth: quality is a language that never grows old.
In 2015, that dream took formal shape. Like a sapling rooted in the earth and reaching for the sky, Ayani was officially born. The name wasn’t chosen out of pride, but as a tribute to the excellence of products worthy of the finest gatherings and the warmest shared moments.
To take our first steps in packaging, we registered the brand Fidarmezeh in 2019—another wing for our flight, designed to push forward our packaging division with modern standards.
In 2023, Ayani Trade Development Company was officially established, and brands Turfanda and Farachasht joined our family, each telling a part of this vibrant tale.
Since then, our products—marketed under the well-known names Ayani, Turfanda, and Farachasht—have become a treasure trove of authentic and innovative tastes. From Ayani pistachios, uniquely processed to reflect the original flavor of Kashmar and Bardaskan orchards, to their vibrant green kernels that shine like nature’s jewels—each piece is a testament to care and craftsmanship.
At Ayani, we craft sunflower seeds in flavors like ranch, onion & parsley, and ketchup. We offer a variety of flavored pumpkin seeds and Japanese-style seeds. Our green and golden raisins are delivered like treasures from the heart of the orchards, and our peanuts are known for their exceptional quality.
Our Fidarmezeh factory, located in the Kashmar Industrial Zone, and our workshop in the village of Imamzadeh Seyed Mohammad, witness the round-the-clock dedication of a team that believes each product carries part of our story.
But our journey didn’t stop at Iran’s borders. In 2024, Ayani’s signature flavors traveled across the globe to carry the message of Iranian quality and authenticity. Our pistachios and pistachio kernels were warmly received in Tajikistan, capturing the hearts of locals with their unique taste and aroma.
Our sparkling green raisins reached Dubai, showcasing the brilliance of Kashmar’s orchards in the land of palm trees. And our golden raisins proudly made their way to Pakistan, leaving behind sweet memories and a sense of connection.
